We recognise the needs of businesses in Western Australia…..….we are a local firm and we are here to stay!

Who are we

O’Connor Partners Commercial Lawyers commenced business in Western Australia in mid 1998 (under the name of O'Connor Partners) after Michael O’Connor, the principal, returned to legal practice in Western Australia after spending nearly six years in Sydney.

Initially a sole practice, the firm grew rapidly and on the 1st February 2005 it became an incorporated practice. The business known as O’Connor Partners Commercial Lawyers is carried on by OCP Holdings Pty. Ltd. (ACN 112 738 584) with Michael O’Connor as the company's sole director. O’Connor Partners Commercial Lawyers comprises three lawyers, an article clerk and four support staff.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide excellent service to our clients in our chosen market niche.

We will seek to achieve our mission by:

·               Ensuring a high level of expertise in each of our fields of expertise.

·               Getting to know our clients, their businesses and their objectives.

·               Tailoring solutions for clients with an innovative flair.

·               Creating a work environment where our staff enjoy their work and take pleasure in providing quality service.

We believe that there is a need for us to be facilitators, not simply lawyers. We know that nothing is more important than understanding and valuing the solicitor/client relationship and, above all, listening to our clients.
